  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No we do not hold properties. You would need to apply, be approved, sign the lease, and pay the security deposit in order for a property to be taken off the market.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

  • Is the deposit refundable?

    The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage or violations of lease terms that would necessitate not refunding some or all of the security deposit.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Applications are done right on our website. Find the available property and click Apply Now.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid online via your secure tenant portal or by check/money order at our office.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    If you are an existing tenant, please contact your property manager to discuss first. At a minimum you would need to sign a Pet Addendum and pay a pet deposit.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Generally, the owner of the property will be responsible for repairs and maintenance. However, if the repair is part of an action caused by a tenant, the tenant would be responsible.
